Human Services includes, but is not limited to the following: benevolence applications, community education and events, employment, foster care and adoption, mobile food distribution, and providing access to additional community resources.

The Lend a Hand Program pays off high-cost car title loans up to $3,000 for Maricopa County Residents. The program is partnership between Arizona Community Foundation, MariSol Federal Credit Union, and Take Charge America. The goal of the program is to rescue residents struggling to pay off car title loans and help put them on a path to healthy credit and financial success. PRBC provides benevolence assistance for individuals and families who are in crisis situations. To apply, please download application using the link below. Bring completed application to the PRBC office Mon-Friday between 10:00AM and 4:00PM or fax completed application to (602) 258-0840. All application information is confidential.
In partnership with St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance, PRBC hosts a monthly mobile pantry food bank. Open to all, this food bank takes place every 4th Saturday of the month from 11AM-1PM (or until food is gone). No I.D. or income qualifications needed to receive free, nutritious fresh produce and other goodies. Dates subject to change due to holidays.
