“A life of significance is about SERVING those who need your gifts, your leadership, your purpose...”
ARIZONA PBS KIDS DAY, Saturday, February 16, 2019, is quickly approaching, and we are in need of volunteers to help support the event. Please see the attached volunteer flyer and our link to register to become a volunteer. https://azpbs.org/about/become-a-volunteer/ The event is currently “sold out” except for the VIP Arizona PBS Family Member experience so volunteering is a great way to have a chance to help and enjoy the event!
Individuals 16 and older are welcome, and groups are encouraged. There are opportunities to assist in crafts, games, PBS KIDS costume character guidance, set up, greeting, clean up and more! All volunteers receive snacks during their shift and are provided the first opportunity to volunteer for a special 2019 Antiques Roadshow national stop in April at the Desert Botanical Garden. Certificates of participation and Arizona PBS KIDS Volunteer t-shirts will be provided to each individual helping with the event. DOWNLOAD FLYER
