The Wellness Ministry endeavors to help each Pilgrim Rest "temple" of God healthy in body, as well as spirit, mind, and heart. When we are well, we are better able to serve God and be a blessing to others. Through health education and accessible medical services, we facilitate ongoing awareness of the importance of good health care, healthy diet and nutrition, weight management, preventative screening and disease workshops.


FITNESS CENTER HOURS: Monday - Friday, 7AM-7PM  |  Saturday, 8AM-5PM  |  Closed Sunday
